How do I return an item?
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if they are authorized by Wickham House via e-mail. Please return merchandise unworn and unwashed with original packaging.
All returns must be authorized by Wickham House before you send it to us. Please send a return request to email@example.com with your order number and list of items to return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email from us, pack the items up, and send them pre-paid (and preferably insured) to:

Please note we will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without some sort of proof of delivery (e.g., Delivery Confirmation from the USPS). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When your return is received, we will credit the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
What is the lead time on my order?
Unless otherwise agreed upon with Wickham House, please allow up to 3 weeks to ship. Every order is custom made at the time you order, so our lead times are significant compared to factory retailers that keep large stocks on hand. You end up with a much higher quality and unique product, but do keep timeline in mind when order or e-mailing us for an update.
If you need your item sooner, we can typically expedite your order, but you must e-mail us beforehand and have your requested timeline confirmed. If you do not receive confirmation from us, we can't guarantee your requested delivery date.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do our best to respond to every e-mail we receive within 24 hours.
How do you ship your items?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS either Priority Mail or Express Mail. Every order receives a tracking number so we can insure that it arrives to you safe and sound.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We typically ship international orders via USPS Parcel Post; orders typically arrive within a week or two but can take longer depending on a number of factors. We've found that USPS Priority Mail often doesn't arrive any faster and sometimes actually moves slower depending on the destination (strange, right?), so it's not worth the extra expense for you. If you need items faster, we can ship via Express Mail (typically 2-5 day service) or Global Express Guaranteed/Fedex (typically 1-2 day service). Just keep in mind these faster shipping methods will incur additional fees (about $20 extra for Express Mail and about $50 extra for Fedex).
